Ngiandu Trading is a non-governmental organization based in Melbourne, Australia, with its headquarters in Luanda, Angola. We are committed to reducing illiteracy by delivering education and practical skills to school-aged children, especially those who are marginalized, living in poverty, or at risk of violence.

Accomplishment
In 2005, we provided clean water to communities on Luanda’s outskirts and, in recent years, launched youth workshops promoting teamwork and hands-on learning. With local business support, we’ve equipped teens with the tools and training to assemble and repair motorbikes, opening pathways to employment.
Mission
Since 2000, our mission has been to empower Angola’s youth with practical skills, education, and social awareness to help them lead sustainable, independent lives. We focus on vocational training, ethical values, and health education to protect vulnerable communities from poverty and violence.

Biography
Mr. Ngiandu Makenene
Mr. Ngiandu Makenene, founder of N.T, is a dedicated humanitarian and mechanical engineer whose journey from Australia back to Angola reflects his deep commitment to youth empowerment. With decades of experience and a passion for community development, he leads efforts to create lasting change for underprivileged youth in Angola.
Governance
Our organization is guided by a five-member board overseeing key decisions and strategic direction. Operations are managed across four core departments , Administration, Finance, Programs, and Public Relations, each led by a dedicated board member reporting to the General Manager.
